Capital Reach webcasts require that computers meet system requirements in order to function properly. View the requirements below and use our System Tester Utility to determine if your computer meets the requirements. If you are able to play the test video successfully, then you are ready for the webcast.
Hardware Requirements
You must have the following hardware components in order to participate in the webcast.
COMPUTER: Pentium II 300MHz with 64MB RAM or better.
INTERNET CONNECTION: A 56Kbps or better Internet connection
SOUND: 16-bit sound card and speakers
DISPLAY: A VGA display or monitor set to a screen area of 800 x 600 pixels or higher and 16 bits of color or higher.
Software Requirements
You must have the following software components installed on your computer in order to participate in the webcast.
SUPPORTED OPERATING SYSTEMS: Either Windows 95, 98, 2000, XP or NT 4.0 Service Pack 6. Macintosh users: Limited support is provided, users may have to manually advance slide presentations. Windows 95 Users RealOnePlayer is not supported on Windows 95.
SUPPORTED WEB BROWSERS: Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.5 or later with Java and Javascript enabled. Netscape v. 4.79 with Java and Javascript enabled.
SUPPORTED MEDIA PLAYERS: Capital Reach webcasts use either the Microsoft Windows Media Player (download) or the RealNetworks Real Player (download). If your computer does not have the required media player for the webcast, you will have to download and install it on your computer. Both media players are available for free download.
Use the System Tester to determine if your system is ready. If you can play the "Test" Video, your computer is configured with the proper software.
