Custom Webcast Player: Customer branded browser window containing the interactive enhancements that the customer has ordered.

Custom Webcast Navigation: Customer branded navigation page to organize access to a large number of sessions or speakers.

Customized Registration or Password Protection: Capital Reach offers customized registration with up to 30 questions. Any or all of the following capabilities are available:

• Open registration allows any viewer to register and view the sessions
• Password-based registration that limits viewership to a
  customer-determined list
• Subscription and Pay-Per-View
• Confirmation e-mail is sent to registrants along with
  system requirements

Collected registration information, including viewing data, is made available as a single discrete data set from a password-protected website.

Support: Customer branded system tester utility is available to all clients.

Indexing: Allows a user to seek to a specific point within a presentation.

Synchronized PowerPoint Slide Presentations: Simulates the experience of an in-person PowerPoint Presentation.

PowerPoint Slide Thumbnail Indexing: The viewer can start the presentation at any slide index point.

Speaker Introductory PowerPoint Slides: Customer branded slides to introduce sessions and speakers.

Synchronized Speaker Photos—Audio: For audio webcasts with multiple speakers in one session, a photos of speakers synchronize with the current speaker.

Synchronized Transcripts: Transcript synchronizes with the presentation.

Captioning: For government webcasts requiring Section 508 compliance, Capital Reach offers captioning of webcasts. Caption stenographers can be provided by Capital Reach.

Keyword Search: Seeks to points in the webcast where specific keywords are mentioned. Provided for all webcasts that enable Synchronized Transcripts.

Question Submission: Allow users to submit questions while watching a webcast.

Notetaking: A user can send a note to themselves or to a friend while watching a webcast.

Audience Surveys: Customer branded viewer surveys are available. Detailed reporting is made available to the operator from a password-protected website.

Testing and Dynamic Certificates: Dynamic grading is provided with the ability to generate a continuing-education certificate. Detailed reporting provides aggregate and specific user detail from a password-protected website.

CD-ROM Publishing: Capital Reach can publish CD-ROMs of the webcasts for free or fee delivery to viewers.
