The 18th Conference on Retroviruses and Opportunistic Infections is a scientifically focused meeting of the world's leading researchers working to understand, prevent, and treat HIV/AIDS and its complications. To provide access to the community at large, on-site support was required. This service includes a custom designed navigation page which gives users the opportunity to sort presentations by day, speaker, and session. This work is an example of the Capital Reach SummitCast service offering and the 2011 conference featured the deployment of our streaming solution to Apple iOS (iPad and iPhone) and Android mobile devices. The AACR Annual Meeting 2011 featured hundreds of speakers. This conference featured on-site support to deploy over 800 presentations using the Adobe Flash based Capital Reach Media Player which offers stronger support on Mac OSX and non-standard web browsers. The solution also features a leading-edge content portal for users to search, sort, and filter presentations so they can quickly access content.
